PHONE OUTAGE -September 25, 2021

UPDATE…as of 9:56 pm: Alianza is continuing to work on the phone outage issue impacting our consumers phone service. Alianza has informed us that this is a nationwide outage caused by a Bandwidth outage impacting their platform. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for restoration. We will provide updates as they are available and appreciate your patience.

UPDATE…AS OF 9:05 pm: Alianza, our phone service provider, has let us know that they are having a nationwide phone platform problem. Phone consumers can make calls, but cannot receive them. Alianza is working to resolve the problem and we apologize for the inconvenience.

BARC Connects PHONE CUSTOMERS: As of 8:30 pm, September 25th, we are experiencing a widespread outage with our phone services. BARC Connects staff is working with our phone service provider now to resolve the issue. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
