Outage – April 5, 2023

Update: As of 11:30 a.m. on April 7, we still have some outages we are working quickly to resolve as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience!

Update: As of 6:30 p.m on April 6, there are still around 50 without service in downtown Lexington and Providence Hill. There was fiber cut in Lexington that crews have been working nonstop to repair the damage.

As of 8:30 a.m. on April 6, progress has been made in restoring services but still have several areas impacted. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We will update again as we get more information.
