For existing customers that have a GigaCenter router, you may receive a complementary upgrade to a GigaSpire router by upgrading your service to a 400/400 or 1G/1G speed tier package, or by upgrading to the 150/150 speed tier package and opting for a ProtectIQ or ExperienceIQ add-on for just $5 a month each. There are no additional costs or monthly rental fees for your router. With all of our Internet packages, you have 24/7 support and we guarantee quality service like no other local Internet Service Provider.
